Support

Contact Okito support first for any consent mode or IAB TCF problem.

Start with Okito, not Google

If your Google tags are missing consent mode or IAB TCF signals, or you have any other problem with your consent setup, contact Okito support first. Okito sets the consent mode commands and the TCF signals on your site, so we are the right first contact for troubleshooting them.

Google support asks customers to show that they contacted their consent management platform (CMP) before it looks into consent mode or TCF questions. Our reply gives you that record.

How to reach us

Support is staffed and available to customers on every plan.

Google advertisers and Google-referred clients

If you use Google Ads, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, or Google support sent you to us, use our dedicated Google client support address:

  • Email: google-support@okito.com
  • Start the subject with Google Consent Mode or Google TCF, and include your website address.

These requests are handled by the team that works on Okito's Google consent mode and IAB TCF implementation.

What our support covers

  • Implementation: setting up the latest version of Google Consent Mode, the IAB TCF and, when you use it, Google Tag Manager correctly on your site or app.
  • Banners: the Okito consent banners on your websites and in your apps, including their configuration and behaviour.
  • Ongoing troubleshooting: continuous help with the above for as long as you use Okito, including missing or late consent mode and TCF signals on Google tags.

Response times

Plan First response
Free, Beginner, Standard Within 2 business days
Professional (priority support) Within 1 business day

Our first response is technical: a diagnosis of your setup or the next troubleshooting step, not only an acknowledgement.

Help us help you

Include in your message:

  1. your website address and the page where you see the problem,
  2. a screenshot of the debug mode box (?okito_debug=1),
  3. what you expected and what happened,
  4. for Google tags: a screenshot of the Consent tab in Google Tag Assistant, if you can.

Before you write, the Troubleshooting page and the consent mode check may already point to the fix.
