Agency partners

Agencies manage Okito for their clients from an agency account.

Become a partner

1. Click Become an Agency Partner on the Okito site, or go to app.okito.com/agency/signup.
2. Verify your email and complete the sign-up steps.
3. You land on the agency dashboard, where you add and switch between client workspaces.

Working with client websites

• Create one Okito website per client domain. Each has its own key, banner, scans, consent records and plan.
• Each client website is billed on its own plan, so upgrading one client doesn't affect the others.
• Beginner is included in the client's slot. Moving a client website from Beginner to Standard or Professional opens the Stripe payment page. Moving it from Standard to Professional charges the agency's saved payment method right away, after Okito shows the amount and you confirm; see Billing.
• When handing a site over, invite the client to the workspace, and note where Okito is installed (theme, plugin or GTM) so nobody adds it a second time.
