Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings in the Okito dashboard. Upgrades typically take effect immediately so you can unlock features right away. Downgrades are usually applied at the end of your current billing period so you keep access until then. Your pageview usage and website configuration stay in place when you switch plans.
When your monthly pageview quota is reached, Okito pauses serving the consent banner for that website until the next billing month resets or you upgrade to a higher plan. Your website itself stays fully online — visitors can still browse normally. We do not charge automatic overage fees; the banner simply stops until capacity is available again. You can monitor usage from the dashboard and upgrade before you hit the cap if traffic is growing.
Every paid plan (Beginner, Standard, and Professional) includes a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate Okito with real traffic and real compliance features. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. The Free plan is available indefinitely with its own limits if you prefer to start without a trial. Card details may be required to start a trial depending on checkout settings.
Google Consent Mode v2 is on every plan. On Free and Beginner it runs in basic mode: Google tags wait until the visitor consents, then receive their choice. Standard and Professional add advanced mode, where Google tags load before consent and receive the consent signals, so Google can model conversions. They also add IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) v2.4, which AdSense and Ad Manager publishers need for personalised ads in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
API access is available on the Professional plan. It is designed for teams that need programmatic control, custom workflows, or deeper integrations with internal systems. Professional also adds priority support, weekly scheduled scanning, and custom integrations. If you only need TCF, Consent Mode, and advanced analytics, Standard is usually enough without API access.
Every plan includes one website as the baseline. Extra websites are available as a paid domain add-on, so you can grow your portfolio without jumping plans just for another site. Each website has its own banner, scan settings, and pageview usage under your account. Contact sales or use billing add-ons in the dashboard when you need additional properties.
Monthly billing charges each month at the listed monthly price. Yearly billing charges once per year and is priced to save about 17% compared with paying month to month. Prices shown are per domain for the selected plan. Local taxes such as VAT or GST may be added at checkout based on your location. You can switch billing intervals when you change plans, subject to your current subscription terms.
Yes. Okito is built for multi-regime consent: GDPR and UK GDPR for Europe, KVKK for Türkiye, and US state frameworks such as CCPA/CPRA through US State Laws templates. Free already includes a consent banner ready for GDPR/KVKK-style flows. Higher plans add geo-targeting by privacy law, richer customization, and — from Standard upward — IAB TCF and advanced Google Consent Mode for advertising ecosystems. Always review your legal obligations with counsel for your specific sites and markets.
