Değer Değerleme was established in Ankara in 2008 to provide independent real estate valuation and consultancy services. The company was included in the Capital Markets Board's list of authorized valuation firms in 2013 and received authorization to provide real estate valuation services to banks from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency in 2014.
